| I had been leasing vehicles since 1993 and with the last two vehicles at lease end I bought the Toyota Tundra and Highlander. Now the dilemma of where to get service. The Toyota dealership had always treated me fairly but it was 45 minutes away. I wanted local service so I did a simple Google search of local service garages and started reading reviews. Dimitri's name kept showing up as someone who is a professional and takes pride in doing the job correctly. So I scheduled an oil change for the Tundra and sat in the waiting area to "check out the shop." People came in, told Dimitri what they needed, left the keys and went home. I saw this repeatedly. I heard Dimitri on the phone with customers. I knew the truck needed tires and was interested in seeing if Dimitri might try to sell me. All he did was suggest that before winter I should replace them and that is all he said. I called him up a couple days later, asked if he did tires and he replied he did. Well, my Tundra now has four new tires. Again I sat in the waiting area to "check things out" while the new tires were installed. Again more folks came in with various problems, handed him the keys and left. It is obvious is customers trust him. And from my two service appointments at his shop, I trust him too. His work is professional and he is a professional. What more can someone want? |

| Very friendly and courteous shop. I had a problem with my fuel pump. Rose and Dimitri and the crew took my truck in the shop and on the road again. Complete overall check of my car and problem was detected and corrected in a timely and professional manner. Great shop and highly trained employees.
