by Anon on 2016-12-06My regular mechanic (D&S in Kent) recommended you guys to fix my Secondary Air Injection System. (he didn't have a VW specific tool and code reader). Made an appointment easily over the phone, dropped off the car after hours. You easily established it was just one hose, not the entire system that needed replacing. The car was ready in one day and it was easy to pay over the phone and pick it up after work. Unlike a dealership (Danbury VW, I'm looking at you . . .) you didn't try to replace the whole Secondary Air Injection System that didn't really need replacing. Will always keep you in mind for VW specific repairs. Overall an excellent experience.

I went in for an oil change, they noted that at 33,000 miles I needed some recommended transmission maintenance, it was done, and I was outta there in an hour. All the while I was able to work on my laptop using the available Wifi and carry out my business transactions without interruption. They could have sold me new tires but I was told I could get away driving another 5,000 miles or so on the ones I've got. Great service and integrity for the best price!

Dimitri saved us thousands of dollars rebuilding an engine for my daughter, when other auto mechanics were trying to convince us the car was totaled and to scrap it (for their gain, of course). We were prepared to put a whole new engine in the car, and Affordable saved us a lot of money when they could easily have ripped us off. For the first time in my life I believe I have found honest auto mechanics. Their prices are very reasonable, they do their best to accommodate whatever your needs are, and as a bonus: Rose and Dimitri are friendly, they smile, they're patient, they communicate, and will actually answer your questions. Rare stuff. Get your car fixed here...just do it.
