| While I appreciate having the car fixed under warranty for free due to mistakes on the shop?s end, the frequent revisits under warranty seemed excessive. Also, I was charged 200+ dollars for a wrong diagnosis. It was not the window switch. I spent 80 dollars on a door wire harness at a local Honda dealer and was able to resolve the issue myself after spending 200 dollars on the shop to chalk up the issue to a faulty window switch. The one thing that soured my impression of this shop was the refusal to cover towing despite first having a loose bolt on the starter causing the car to sporadically not start, and then for the starter to somehow seize, forcing us to waste another 187 on towing on Good Friday. Why should I be penalized for the car stalling out after a few minutes after spending a hefty amount initially? |
